01 Introduction

Welcome to bdajee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bdajee ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the bdajee platform — including the website at bdajee.app and the bdajee mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bdajee. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — via mobile browser, desktop browser, or the bdajee app.

02 Eligibility

To register and use bdajee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

bdajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered. bdajee takes underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant authority on such matters.

03 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bdajee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bdajee will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or contact support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdajee login credentials. • Use a strong, unique password for your bdajee account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bdajee processes all deposits and withdrawals through bKash and Nagad. These are the only accepted payment methods on the platform. No bank transfers, credit cards, or third-party processors are accepted.

Deposits are credited to your bdajee wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bdajee reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

Withdrawals are processed to the bKash or Nagad number registered on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. • Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• bdajee does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• bdajee reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be recovered once wagered.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bdajee offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer. 06 Player Conduct

bdajee expects all players to behave in a fair, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdajee platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward bdajee staff or other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use bdajee for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information at any stage of registration or verification.

bdajee monitors all accounts and gameplay for suspicious activity. Any account found to be in breach of these conduct rules will be suspended pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.

07 Games and Outcomes

Game outcomes are determined entirely by this RNG system and cannot be influenced by bdajee, the player, or any third party.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error, or software fault — bdajee will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If this is not possible, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's wallet. bdajee's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.
